It only takes about 10 minutes to prequalify for a home loan; once this is done, you are e-mailed disclosures to sign along with a list of items that will be needed; once those items are received, an appraisal is ordered and the file is submitted to processing. From here the file is submitted to underwriting and 4 days later you are closed!!!
